Guaranteed responsible gaming at 999tt
We believe entertainment is best enjoyed within limits. Your safety and mental well-being are always our top priority at 999tt.
Online casino and betting can be a great source of entertainment — but only when enjoyed responsibly. 999tt is always mindful of its players' well-being. On this page we discuss the core principles of responsible gaming, our available tools, and how to get support when needed. Remember — gaming should be fun, not stressful.
Our Safety Tools
999tt offers multiple effective tools for responsible gaming — play at your own pace, within your own limits.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set the maximum amount you deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a waiting period. This is the most effective way to play responsibly.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, use the time-out feature. You can temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period you cannot log in or place bets — it is a great opportunity to clear your head.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gambling is getting out of your control, choose the self-exclusion option. Long-term self-exclusion is available from 6 months up to 5 years. Your account will not be reactivated under any circumstances within that period.
Session Time Limits
Decide in advance how long you will play each session. Once the set time is up, the system will automatically give you a warning or end the session. Playing for long stretches at a time can have a negative effect on your body and mind — take a break.
Review Gaming History
You can view your complete transaction and betting history at any time. This is very helpful for understanding your spending patterns. A responsible player always keeps track of their wins and losses — this is the foundation of responsible gaming.
24/7 Support Center
Whenever you need help, our Bengali-language live chat support is available around the clock. If you have any questions about responsible gaming, or are concerned about your own habits — talk to us directly.
Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
If any of the following signs appear in yourself or someone you know, it is time to seek help.
Chasing losses with more bets: Placing bet after bet to try to recover lost money is an early sign of unhealthy behavior.
Hiding gaming from family or friends: A tendency to keep gaming secret or to lie about it is a sign of a problem.
Betting beyond your means: Betting with money meant for living expenses, or using borrowed or loaned money, is a sign of a serious problem.
Unable to stop playing: Finding it hard to stop once you start, or spending far more time than planned.
Gaming to relieve stress: Turning to betting to cope with loneliness, anxiety, or depression is dangerous.
Neglecting work, studies, or family: Being so absorbed in gaming that everyday responsibilities are being ignored.

Practical Tips for Responsible Gaming
Plan Your Budget
Decide before you play how much you can afford to spend. Treat this budget as the cost of entertainment — not as a means to win. Once the budget is used up, stop for the day.
Set Goals
Before each session set a limit on time and money. Set a winning amount at which you will stop. When you reach your goal take a break — do not give in to temptation.
Manage Your Emotions
Do not place bets when you are angry, frustrated, or stressed. The chances of making poor decisions are much higher when you are in a negative emotional state. Take a break instead and come back with a clear head.
Maintain Balance
Make time in your life for sports, family, friends, and other hobbies as well. Online gaming is a small part of life — if it becomes your only entertainment, it is time to be careful.
When You Need Help
Acknowledging a problem takes courage. We are here for you no matter the situation.
